In the background of the rapid development of technology,the product development cycle of each enterprise has been significantly shortened,and each enterprise also follows the development trend of technology,and the products of the enterprise are also updated and iterated rapidly accordingly.The cumbersome R&D process and low efficiency make the product development of company S unable to deliver on time and the customer satisfaction is not high.This thesis uses process management theory,R&D process management theory,integrated product development(IPD)theory and agile development theory to conduct the research.It also uses the existing materials related to the current situation of R&D management in Company S to study and analyze the problems of its R&D management system: slow response to customer demand;long product development cycle;low R&D efficiency;R&D not being able to advance smoothly and several other phenomena,which directly lead to some of the R&D projects in Company S not being delivered on time.Based on the detailed analysis of the above four aspects,this paper designs an optimization plan,scientifically applies the methods of integrated product development process and agile development process,and proposes the following improvement measures:(1)through the smooth re-optimization of customer response mechanism,improve the current lack of necessary customer communication and information synchronization lag resulting in slow customer response phenomenon;(2)through the integrated product development process and agile development process,and asynchronous development method,we can greatly reduce the technical risk of product development and improve the problem of long product development cycle;(3)through the application of agile-related technologies to provide R&D efficiency to improve the current low R&D efficiency of Company S;(4)through the design of project communication management optimization program to improve the project communication management is not clearly defined,which leads to the R&D cannot be smoothly promoted.(4)To improve the current situation that R&D is not progressing smoothly due to unclear project communication management.We hope through the detailed research and analysis in the thesis,the issues in product R&D process management of Company S should be solved,and the subsequent R&D projects can be delivered on schedule to ensure the leading position of Company S in the rail transit signaling system industry,and to achieve the improvement of the enterprise R&D process management level and improve customer satisfaction.
