| In the Internet + era,the competition among enterprises in various industries is becoming increasingly fierce.In the final analysis,the market competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources,which has become the important content of enterprise strategy to a certain extent.Recruitment is the first link to attract and hire talents,which can effectively improve the market competitive advantage of enterprises.Campus recruitment,as one of the important recruitment methods in the recruitment work,can make enterprises build talent reserve team and talent team more quickly.College students employed in this way have become an important force to promote the development of enterprises.In the social environment of internal and external economic environment,campus recruitment channels are more and more important for the long-term development of enterprises.Company B is currently in a period of great transition.Since 2016,the company started investing in multiple industries,number of employees continue to increase,need more ability outstanding talent for enterprise services,this study based on the theory of human resources management recruitment,analysis of company B,and combing with the method of literature analysis at home and abroad excellent theory achievement,in xingshugang matching and competence for the model,The questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the current development situation of B company and the shortcomings in the company’s campus recruitment.Using questionnaire and quantitative analysis,it is found that the enterprise has a single form of campus recruitment,weak publicity and promotion,recruitment process is too long,the lack of relevant security policies and other problems.At the same time,according to the internal and external conditions of the enterprise at the present stage,the causes of campus recruitment problems are discussed.The internal causes include the separation of campus recruitment demand plan and strategy,unreasonable selection of target colleges,lack of effective evaluation tools,insufficient input from relevant departments,and insufficient summary feedback and follow-up of campus recruitment.External cause mainly for B company four business sectors of the industry competition intensifies,professing students demand and college students’ lack of self-knowledge,based on the research of the above causes,from the perfect campus recruitment preparation,optimization of the implementation of the campus recruitment process,strengthening the campus recruitment subsequent follow up and summarize feedback put forward the corresponding improvement strategy,It aims to build a campus recruitment scheme that meets the objective needs of B company,and has certain reference value for similar enterprises of B company to improve the level of campus recruitment and promote the development of corporate human resources. |
