| The optimization of procurement management in H company is a comprehensive project aimed at improving procurement efficiency,controlling costs,and optimizing inventory management.To achieve this,the paper conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current status of procurement management in H company,identifying the causes and their existing problems.Based on these issues and reasons,the paper proposes a series of optimization measures,including strengthening the upstream and downstream management of the entire procurement process,establishing a procurement cost management mechanism,and incorporating inventory into procurement planning management.To ensure the implementation of these measures,the paper also proposes some safeguard measures and evaluation methods.The research results of the paper show that there are several problems with procurement management in H company,including low efficiency in processing procurement orders,high procurement prices,and the coexistence of inventory backlog and shortages.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of upstream and downstream collaborative management in the procurement process,the lack of cost control in procurement price management,and the lack of linkage between warehouse inventory and procurement management.To address these issues,the paper proposes specific optimization measures,including the establishment of a unified consensus on procurement management reform,optimization of the entire vehicle procurement process,establishment of a procurement cost management mechanism,and establishment of a database for procurement prices of accessories.To ensure the implementation of these measures,the paper proposes some safeguard measures and evaluation methods.These safeguard measures include establishing a sound organizational management mechanism,establishing a dedicated procurement cost management team,and strengthening personnel training and skill upgrading.The evaluation methods mainly include regular performance evaluation of the procurement management process and monitoring and control of procurement costs.In summary,the procurement management optimization plan proposed by this paper provides targeted optimization measures and safeguard measures for H company based on an in-depth analysis and investigation of the current status of procurement management,with the aim of improving procurement efficiency,controlling costs,and optimizing inventory management,thereby providing important support and guarantee for the future development of H company. |
