| The trading company A studied in this article was founded in 2012 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan.It is a company engaged in commodity trading and supply chain management services.Since its establishment,the company has developed rapidly,with annual sales exceeding 30 billion yuan and the number of employees increasing from a dozen at the beginning to 157.Within the company,the age structure of employees has also changed,and post-80 s and post-90 s new generation employees accounting for nearly 80% have gradually become the main body of employees.The existing incentive mechanism of A trading company has poor incentive effect and is difficult to mobilize employees’ enthusiasm.In recent years,there have been problems such as employee work fatigue and high turnover rate,which have affected the development of the enterprise.Therefore,as a manager of A trading company,it is necessary to change thinking,change management methods,enrich incentive measures,and find suitable incentive methods based on the characteristics and actual needs of employees to improve employee enthusiasm and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Based on relevant incentive theories and through questionnaire surveys and interview research on A trading company employees,this article concludes that there are many problems with A trading company’s existing incentive mechanism,mainly manifested in:unreasonable salary design,relatively formal performance evaluation,unsound promotion mechanism,insufficient training system,and weak corporate culture construction.Through summary analysis,it is mainly due to the backward management concept of leaders,the inadequate communication mechanism of the company,the lack of analysis of employee needs,and insufficient cultural construction efforts.Based on the above analysis,the author proposes improvement measures such as establishing an incentive salary system,optimizing performance evaluation methods,expanding employee promotion channels,improving employee training systems,and strengthening corporate culture construction.It is hoped that this can help A trading company to stimulate employees’ enthusiasm to play their intrinsic value,improve A trading company’s competitiveness. |
