The development of China’s e-commerce business model is strong and resilient,and the scale of the e-commerce market has reached a new high,maintaining its position as the world’s number one online retail market for nine years.The continuous innovation of live e-commerce,instant retail and other e-commerce business models has greatly stimulated the market’s consumption vitality and driven the quality upgrade of online retail models.As the growth rate of traditional e-commerce platform traffic slows down,new e-commerce business models such as short video and live e-commerce gradually gain momentum,all kinds of e-commerce platforms have increased their efforts in the layout of live e-commerce,more e-commerce enterprises have launched live business,the number of live users has surged,and brand enterprises have released new products through live broadcast,helping rural areas export their products through live broadcast,helping agricultural products go upstream and rural revitalization.Promote the development of new infrastructure for rural e-commerce,smooth the economic cycle between urban and rural areas,and promote the deep and rapid integration of industries.The per capital disposable income of rural residents in China is rising year by year,and the consumption brought by it is also increasing year by year.With the continuous development of e-commerce,rural residents can more easily access the richer and more diversified consumer markets in other parts of the country through the Internet.Huisi E-Commerce Co.,Ltd.is an emerging e-commerce enterprise established in 2021,and is a key county-level support e-commerce enterprise focused on revitalizing the rural economy.However,in the process of its development,it has blindly followed the trend and copied the development model of excellent e-commerce enterprises,which has led Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.into a development dilemma.In this paper,we read and analyze a large amount of theoretical literature at home and abroad.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of strategic management,we fully use PEST analysis tools and Porter’s five forces model to summarize the external environment of Huisi E-commerce Co.After a comprehensive investigation and analysis,Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.gained insight into the future development trend of the e-commerce industry and formulated a set of perfect development strategies to enhance the company’s market share and ultimately achieve the company’s long-term development goals.Finally,based on the above analysis,it is concluded that Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.should choose the WO turnaround strategy in the short term,and the company should make full use of the external opportunity to reverse the internal disadvantage and seize the market share;the analysis of the overall development of the company concludes that Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.should choose the product development strategy in the strengthening strategy,and the company should make use of this opportunity to develop diversified products and strive to Therefore,Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.is most suitable to choose the product development strategy.Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.should do the following:Improve the personalization program of enterprise products,enterprises should start from product appearance design,should fully understand consumer preferences,provide consumers with more targeted personalized products,expand consumer groups;strengthen the innovation and creation of short video content,must push the boundaries,fully analyze and study the consumer psychology of consumers,to more innovative content to grab the consumer’s eye,to win more traffic;accelerate the personalization of products Ltd.in product customization should fully meet the needs of more consumers,according to consumer demand,to provide consumers with more diverse packaging combination program,and carry out personalized product packaging customization services,to provide consumers with more intimate service,the development of loyal customers;launch long-tail popular products,the choice of products should focus on whether they are easier in a shorter This requires the professional technical team of the enterprise to have better data analysis ability;strategic cooperation in joint research and development of products,should be timely through the summary of market experience as well as actual measurement data and other aspects of multi-dimensional analysis and evaluation of products.In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the development strategy of Huisi E-commerce Co.,Ltd.requires four safeguards in terms of organization,system,technology and human resources.
