In the digital era,the Internet industry,with new technologies and precise control of customer pain points,has seized customer resources in various segments of the banking business,breaking the monopoly of banks and bringing financial institutions into a new financial ecosystem,forming a situation where telecom giants,Internet giants,online payment providers and other financial technology companies compete together.From the perspective of the banking industry,in order to meet customer demand,financial institutions have gradually moved their business "upward",and electronic banking represented by online banking has broken the single channel of traditional counter service,enriched the scenario and mode of financial services,changed the consumption behavior of financial users,and thus profoundly affected the competition pattern of the traditional financial industry.This has profoundly affected the competitive landscape of the traditional financial industry.Jilin Rural Credit Union(hereinafter referred to as "Jilin Agricultural Credit Union"),as the financial institution with the highest coverage rate of urban and rural areas,the widest range of customers and the strongest support for agriculture and small businesses in the province,has always adhered to the market positioning of supporting agriculture and small businesses,ranking first in the province’s banking industry in terms of deposit and loan size and increase in recent years,and playing a substitute role in supporting local economic and social development.It has played an irreplaceable role in supporting local economic and social development.As Jilin Agricultural Credit accelerates the pace of bank electronic construction,it has successively put into operation the integrated business system,large and small payment system,card front system,credit management system and other business systems,the operation and maintenance integration platform,intermediate business platform,intelligent network point platform and other technology projects into operation,effectively promoting the upgrade of banking services technology,promoting the development of electronic banking business,and further improving the level of financial services,but there is still a gap with the state-owned commercial banks.However,there is still a certain gap compared with the large state-owned commercial banks.This paper takes Jilin Nongxin’s e-banking business as the research object,researches and formulates Jilin Nongxin’s e-banking business development objectives,selects development strategies,and provides specific ways and safeguards for the implementation of the strategies based on theories related to strategic management.At the same time,it provides reference and reference for the development strategy of e-banking business of the same or similar financial institutions.First of all,the thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of e-banking business development of Jilin Nongxin,based on which,the internal and external environment of e-banking business development is comprehensively analyzed,SWOT analysis is applied to clarify the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of business development,and the SWOT matrix is scientifically constructed,and the preliminary conclusion is that advantages should be given full play,threats should be avoided,and smooth and high-quality business development should be promoted.Secondly,in the link of strategy selection and formulation,this paper analyzes the strategic objectives of Jilin Nongxin’s e-banking business development,and finally selects a suitable ST strategy for the enterprise by combining the current development situation,launching more communication and cooperation with third-party institutions,accelerating business innovation,taking advantage of geographical and human advantages to seize high-quality customer resources,and using the advantages of flexible mechanisms and efficient decision-making to launch e-finance products and services that meet market expectations.Finally,the thesis provides a strategic implementation plan and safeguards for the development of Jilin Nongxin’s e-banking business.At the strategic implementation level,three effective strategic measures are identified,namely,building an overall channel system,innovating financial business models,and creating a financial ecosystem.We also put forward rationalization proposals in terms of organizational structure,performance assessment,financial technology and risk management to ensure the effective implementation of Jilin Nongxin’s diversified e-banking business development strategy and thus achieve the development strategic goals as soon as possible.
