Abstract/Summary:
As we all know,the survival and development of an enterprise is inseparable fro m market share and sales interest rate.In the current environment of high labor costs a nd rising raw material prices,only by continuously optimizing the production process,improving the management level,and balancing the internal raw materials,productio n,inventory,sales and other links of the enterprise can we occupy a place in today’s in tensified global market.At present,all companies have a management model based o n "lean production",which minimizes costs and maximizes efficiency.However,the d ecline and bankruptcy of more and more enterprises shows that this management mod el is not applicable to all enterprises.The current production theory focuses on the im provement of each link,each step and each process of the enterprise,and believes that as long as all links can do their best,the enterprise as a whole will have the greatest i mprovement.I think we should look at the enterprise as a whole system,first accurate ly grasp the internal logical relationship of each link in the system,and then improve t he most critical link,the whole system can produce the greatest benefit.In order to inc rease the market share of the Chinese market,MSY assembly workshop will transfer f oreign projects to China,retain the foreign work management mode,in such a fierce c ompetition environment in China,the company’s operating costs are too high,the decl ine in efficiency is serious,improve and optimize the work management mode to adap t to the current environment.After one year of optimization of the production site man agement mode,the enterprise has achieved significant improvements and better benefi ts in terms of production quality,production efficiency,operating costs,safety stock,and personnel skills.Production workshop is the foundation of manufacturing enterprises,is the main battlefield of enterprise operation,workshop management level directly affects the pr oduction quality,production efficiency,operating costs,safety stock,personnel skills and other indicators of the achievement,these indicators are achieved in the productio n site.By optimizing the production process with on-site management,improving out put efficiency,reducing spare parts,reducing the number of equipment,shortening th e time required for production,and establishing a standardized production system and continuous improvement cultural mechanism,we can eliminate all kinds of waiting an d inventory waste in production activities,so that enterprises can have more competiti veness in terms of cost,delivery and quality,and create more value for customers.Th erefore,from the fundamental point of view of enterprise survival,the competitivenes s of enterprises is ultimately a competition in the management level of manufacturing workshops,so how to improve the management level of production workshops is the t op priority of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of production site management constraint method(TOC),thi s paper focuses on the production management of the assembly workshop of MSY Lif t Company as the overall framework,combines the five elements of human,machine,material,method and environmental production management,and the time-based sup ply chain concept to optimize the on-site management of lift manufacturing enterprise s.Now taking the assembly workshop of MSY lift company as the research object,usi ng the relevant production management theory to investigate the site and analyze the bottleneck link,the problems existing in the six links of team personnel management,operation plan management,spare parts management,equipment management,qualit y management and process document management are summarized and designed,and the optimization scheme of the assembly workshop management of MSY lift compan y is systematically constructed.This thesis is mainly elaborated through five parts,learning through theory and i n reality.to Find a production management model that is suitable for optimizing the a ssembly workshop of MSY Company.The first part is an introduction,which mainly i ntroduces the background,research purpose and significance of this paper,elaborates on the basic theory and main tools of on-site management;The second part mainly int roduces the current situation of the assembly workshop of MSY Company and analyz es the existing problems;The third part mainly focuses on the design of solutions and the introduction of countermeasures for the problem;The fourth part is the tracking of countermeasures and rulemaking for improvement plans,while the fifth part is a sum mary of the entire text and future prospects.The establishment of the assembly works hop production system of MSY Company provides an advanced reference model for modern production management in the lift manufacturing industry,and also provides valuable experience reference for the assembly workshop management of other lift co mpanies in the same industry that can be imported in parallel.
