With the development of society and economy,people’s safety awareness and the country’s safety requirements for enterprises have also further increased.With the development of technology,Internet of Things technology is continuously applied in the security field,and various national policies are also constantly encouraging and promoting the application of new technologies in the security field.Therefore,companies engaged in Internet of Things technology research and development and product application have sprung up like mushrooms,and Internet of Things technology has developed rapidly in the field of security."Personnel positioning" products relying on Bluetooth,UWB,RFID and other technologies have been widely used and recognized in the personnel safety management of the chemical industry.The support of policies and the recognition of the product by chemical companies have attracted more competitors to enter the market.The categories and functions of such products are also gradually enriched.How to seek a better survival in the competition is a topic that every product provider must face.Therefore,the enterprise will make a necessary analysis of the target market environment and target customers in order to formulate a marketing strategy suitable for itself.This article mainly starts with the new "personnel positioning" product of M company,and analyzes the market industry environment faced by M Company’s new "personnel positioning" product based on relevant theories of market positioning and marketing,such as STP theory and 4P marketing theory,market positioning,etc.,and finally formulate corresponding strategies based on 4P marketing theory.According to the STP theory,refer to the market environment and product characteristics to determine the target market of new product,and finally formulate a marketing strategy that suits the new product based on the company’s own situation and product characteristics according to the 4P marketing mix theory,which covers products,prices,channels,and promotions.In order to ensure that the marketing strategy formulated is well implemented,this article will also involve how to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing strategy.This study provides specific guarantee measures in the four levels of M company’s technology,organization,management process and incentives to ensure that the marketing strategy is implemented on the ground,so as to ultimately ensure the market success of M company’s new “personnel positioning product.
