Hotel marketing is the main link of hotel production and operation activities,related to cost and profit,market positioning,brand image and other aspects.However,with the impact of the epidemic,the entire hotel industry has suddenly become "frozen",and many "stubborn diseases" in marketing have also been magnified infinitely.The market is faced with a reshuffle in the era of epidemic,and consumer demand,psychology and other factors have also undergone tremendous changes.At this critical moment,if only passive change is chosen,it will eventually be eliminated by the market.As a business brand hotel,how to solve the problems in marketing after the epidemic is a direction worth studying.Based on the research trends in hotel marketing at home and abroad,this article conducts a survey of relevant employees of MAX hotels,further explores and studies the marketing status and problems of MAX hotels,and proposes targeted solutions.Specific measures include enriching product types in the post epidemic era,improving personalization,providing flexible pricing mechanisms,conducting multi-channel channel marketing,and constantly enriching promotional methods,Finally,based on this,the guarantee of MAX hotel marketing strategy optimization in the post epidemic era is proposed from the aspects of organizational structure,institutional culture,human resources,and information technology.Under the epidemic prevention and control policy,it is difficult to propose marketing plans,and it is necessary to "turn the crisis into safety" and grasp government support policies;Deeply cultivate the local market and refine the market to address the market positioning and customer consumption level constraints faced by hotels after the epidemic.As a leading local hotel,MAX Hotel has certain significance in studying its marketing status and countermeasures in the era of the epidemic.While providing targeted advice for MAX hotels,it also provides inspiration to other high-end brand hotels on how to seize external opportunities,improve internal quality,and transform marketing strategies,which has practical value and reference significance.
