Research On The Motivation,path,and Performance Of Digital Transformation Of Fertilizer Enterprises

The continuous progress of science and technology and the development of the digital age provide a new perspective for the research and utilization of cutting-edge technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,blockchain and artificial intelligence.From finance and health care to transportation and manufacturing,these emerging technologies are revolutionizing industries.Moreover,the global economy is now moving towards a convergence of the digital and physical economies.In this digital age,where the lines between the two economies are increasingly blurred,developing a comprehensive digital strategy is essential for companies to remain competitive and thrive in the current business environment.To this end,more and more countries are embracing digital transformation as a key development strategy.The aim is to accelerate the transformation of traditional businesses using the latest digital technologies,tools and methods.In this paper,the case analysis method is adopted to explore the internal and external motivations of the company’s digital transformation,and then the path and influence mechanism of the company’s digital transformation are analyzed.Then,the financial indicators are analyzed and the factor analysis method is combined to comprehensively analyze the performance of the company after digital transformation.The findings are as follows:(1)Corporate transformation has a positive effect on the whole.The operating cost rate and sales expense rate decreased,and the rate of return on human input increased,indicating that the digital transformation of enterprises reduced costs and improved efficiency.Some indicators of profitability and solvency have been improved to some extent after the transformation,and the performance of enterprises has been enhanced.From the aspect of factor comprehensive analysis,the ranking of the enterprise has risen after the transformation,which can be seen that the transformation has indeed improved the level of the enterprise in the industry,and the rising trend also reflects the better and better operating conditions of the enterprise.(2)Digitalization can effectively promote enterprise transformation.The rapid development of the Internet,coupled with the wide application of big data,cloud computing and other technologies,as well as the emergence of e-commerce platforms,has made more and more business processes integrated with digital technology,providing a large number of benefits and convenience.Traditional enterprises should actively implement digitalization and combine digital technologies with transformation measures to better realize the deep integration of digital and real economy.
