The improvement of corporate innovation capability is an important manifestation of corporate competitiveness.The emergence,application and popularization of big data technology provide support for corporate information collection.For economic construction,innovation plays an important role,especially the innovative development of science and technology enterprises,which is related to the country’s long-term macroeconomic development and micro-enterprise main body construction.Under the background of the era of big data,various enterprises can collect information and data from various aspects such as industries,customers,and competitors through big technology,so as to reduce the information asymmetry between the internal and external enterprises,and between enterprises and customers.The development of the times and the realization of effective innovation have far-reaching significance.Based on this,building and improving the evaluation system of enterprise innovation and development ability under the background of big data has far-reaching significance for promoting the healthy development of enterprises and economic development.Under the guidance of the scientific enterprise innovation and development capability evaluation system,it can bring targeted data and information to the government’s project decision-making.At the same time,it can also strengthen the effective investment and financing of enterprises,reduce investment and financing risks,and promote the continuity of enterprise innovation and development capabilities.In the context of the era of big data,opportunities and challenges coexist for the development of all walks of life.How to deal with the challenges brought by big data and grasp the development opportunities has become a topic of great concern to all countries.China has undoubtedly become the most competitive big data market.For domestic enterprises,they should keep up with the trend of the times,learn and apply big data technology,use advanced big data technology to mine valuable information for the use of enterprises,and enhance their core competitiveness in order to integrate into the development of the times and realize the healthy development of enterprises.In the current research on big data and enterprise innovation,the main research content is the discussion on the application of big data,it is rare to study and analyze the evaluation of enterprise innovation capability in the context of big data.At the same time,there are many related studies,mainly qualitative analysis,lack of specific data and evaluation indicators,quantitative research on the context of big data innovation capabilities of research results.Based on the background of big data,this paper tries to use the technology of big data analysis to evaluate the enterprise innovation ability and further identify and analyze the factors that affect the enterprise innovation ability.Specifically,this paper uses the time-varying entropy method,a big data analysis tool,to estimate the weight coefficient in the evaluation of enterprise innovation capability,and combined with Pearson correlation coefficient method to screen the evaluation indexes of enterprise innovation capability,establish a more reasonable and effective and representative evaluation index system.Based on the construction of evaluation index system,a comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise innovation ability is established by using wavelet neural network,which is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise innovation ability in Jilin Province.At last,in this paper,LASSO regression model is used to identify and test the influencing factors of innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises in Jilin Province,and propose relevant suggestions.
