| Since the promulgation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives in 2007,the number of farmers’ cooperatives has been increasing and their business scopes have been expanding.In particular,there have emerged a number of production and operation farmer cooperatives with good cooperation benefits,outstanding farmers’ income,reasonable operation mechanism and great social influence,which have effectively promoted the development of agricultural productivity and led to profound changes and innovations in agricultural and rural production relations.Under the background of the current construction of digital agriculture and digital village,production and operation farmer cooperatives should give full play to their advantages of intensification,scale and specialization,and implant ‘digital’ genes for themselves in time.The digital construction of production and operation farmer cooperatives can not only bring the whole chain innovation of agricultural products from production,processing,circulation to consumption,promote the quality and efficiency of agricultural production and upgrade the whole industrial chain of agriculture,but also effectively improve the internal governance capacity and capability of cooperatives.Therefore,the paper,taking China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives as the research object,focuses on solving the problem of digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives,systematically expounds the relevant concepts of the digital construction of production and operation farmer cooperatives,introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the digital construction of production and operation farmer cooperatives,summarizes in detail the current achievements and existing problems of the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives,and excavates the causes behind these problems.Finally,this paper puts forward the principles and paths of the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives,in order to promote the development of digital agriculture and rural areas,and enable comprehensive rural vitalization.This paper is divided into five chapters :The first chapter: introduction.This chapter,focusing on the theme of “the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives”,introduces the background of the topic,the dual significance of theory and practice,the relevant research status at home and abroad,the research methods and research ideas mainly used in the writing process,and the possible innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The second part : the related concepts and theoretical resources of the digital construction of China ’s production and operation farmers ’ cooperatives.First of all,this chapter clearly defines and explains the concepts of cooperatives,farmers ’professional cooperatives,production and operation farmers ’ cooperatives,and digital construction.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical resources of the digital construction of production and operation farmers ’ cooperatives.It mainly includes the theory of classical Marxism on cooperatives,the cooperative thought of Chinese communists and the theory of Western scholars on cooperatives.The third chapter: the status quo of the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives,which is mainly divided into two parts.First of all,this chapter summarizes the achievements of the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives,such as the improvement of scale operation level,the help of digital technology to agricultural production,the continuous enhancement of e-commerce development level and the improvement of farmers ’ income and employment rate.Secondly,this chapter puts forward the problems in the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmers cooperatives,such as the lagging digital construction of agricultural product logistics,the insufficient integration of digital technology and agricultural production,the relatively insufficient service for agricultural digital society,and the weak ability of modern digital management.The fourth chapter: the analysis of the causes of the problems in the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmers cooperatives.This chapter mainly analyzes from four aspects: the ineffective coordination of all parties in the digital construction of agricultural products logistics,the shortage of basic support for the application of digital technology in agricultural production,the lack of objective support conditions for agricultural digital social services,and the insufficiency of endogenous digital kinetic energy of production and operation farmers cooperatives.The fifth chapter: the principle and path of digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives.This chapter puts forward the principles that must be followed in the process of digital construction of China’s production and operation farmers cooperatives,including the principle of adhering to local conditions and proceeding from reality,the principle of helping farmers,improving farmers and enriching farmers,and the principle of implementing the digital rural strategy and enabling the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.This chapter also puts forward the effective and realistic path for the digital construction of China’s production and operation farmer cooperatives from four aspects: strengthening the effective coordination of all parties involved in the digital construction of agricultural products logistics,strengthening the basic support for the application of digital technology in agricultural production,optimizing the objective support conditions for agricultural digital social services,and giving full play to the endogenous digital kinetic energy of production and operation farmers cooperatives. |
