Research On Collaborative Governance Of Rural Tourism In L County,Guangdong Province

The implementation of the "Rural Revitalization" strategy has led to the booming development of rural tourism industry,which has become one of the important means to achieve the rural revitalization strategy.It has effectively improved the rural landscape,optimized and adjusted the rural industrial structure,and become a new highlight of agricultural economic development.Starting from 2013,the No.1 Central Document has stated the development of rural tourism and leisure agriculture and promoted the construction of rural ecological civilization,fully affirming the role of rural tourism in promoting rural economic development and ecological civilization construction.Rural tourism is rapidly developing throughout the country,providing new driving forces for rural economic development,while also bringing new challenges to the governance of rural areas.Rural areas are facing many problems such as widening regional development disparities,imbalanced governance functions,and environmental damage,which are not only detrimental to the sustainable development of rural tourism,but also severely restrict the economic development of rural areas.Therefore,conducting an analysis of the governance situation of rural tourism under new challenges,continuously optimizing the level of governance,and proposing corresponding suggestions on how to resolve these issues from a coordinated governance perspective would have far-reaching implications for the economic development of rural areas.In recent years,L County of Guangdong Province has developed rural economy and promoted rural tourism through the construction of a comprehensive tourist city,achieving certain results.This article reads and analyzes relevant literature,conducts field research using interview methods,analyzes the overview and recent development of rural tourism in L County,and extracts practices adopted by L County in rural tourism governance from a coordinated governance perspective,believes that the main participants in the governance of rural tourism in L County are the government,enterprises,and villagers,while the role of social organizations and tourists is relatively small.They cooperated under the leadership of the government,equality and financial support,effectively promoting the economic development of rural areas.Then,starting from the perspective of collaborative governance,the practices of L County in rural tourism governance were extracted,and the problems of collaborative cooperation between the current subject participants in rural tourism were deeply explored,including the lack of coordination among functional departments,poor coordination ability of enterprises,small role of social organizations,and limited participation of villagers and tourists.The reasons for these problems were analyzed in depth,and it was believed that the mismatch between ability and interest connection was the main reason for these problems.Therefore,measures such as improving collaborative governance ability,building effective interest connections,and strengthening supervision and management should be taken to resolve these problems,in order to effectively alleviate the governance contradictions in the development process and promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism in L County.
