The development of green food industry is of great significance to the adjustment of agricultural structure,the upgrading of consumption structure and the realization of sustainable development in Jiangsu Province.This paper focuses on the research on the agglomeration level of green food industry.After sorting out the research of domestic and foreign scholars on green food and industrial agglomeration in recent years,we clarify the theoretical concepts of green food industry and industrial agglomeration and the influencing factors of industrial agglomeration,and discuss the agglomeration level of green food industry in Jiangsu Province,the best agglomeration level suitable for its development and the influencing factors of industrial agglomeration.The content of the study is as follows:(1)Sorting out the theoretical literature related to green food,green food industry,industrial agglomeration and Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique.(2)Analyzing the current situation and problems of green food industry development in Jiangsu Province.Based on the location entropy index,the agglomeration level of green food industry in prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu Province is measured from static and dynamic agglomeration.(3)By constructing the GERT network model of green food industry in Jiangsu Province,based on the probability of industrial value transfer,value increment and value increment coefficient,the value flow situation of green food industry in Jiangsu Province under different industrial agglomeration levels is discussed,and the agglomeration level suitable for the green food industry in Jiangsu Province is explored.(4)By constructing a panel model of influencing factors of green food industry agglomeration in Jiangsu Province,the influence degree of each influencing factor is analyzed,and the robustness of the model is tested.(5)Summarize the research results and put forward relevant policy recommendations.The research results are as follows:(1)The current level of green food industry agglomeration in Jiangsu Province can be divided into four categories: high level of industry agglomeration,high level of industry agglomeration potential,strong level of industry agglomeration strength,and low level of industry agglomeration.In general,the green food industry agglomeration in northern Jiangsu Province has a better development form and a greater development potential;the green food industry agglomeration in central Jiangsu Province has a stronger strength,but the development speed has slowed down;the green food industry agglomeration in southern Jiangsu Province has a greater potential.(2)According to the current reality,the high level of industrial agglomeration is conducive to improving the value effect of green food industry in Jiangsu Province,and the principle of moderation should be paid attention to in the future agglomeration development.In addition,when industrial agglomeration is carried out,the development of green and high-quality agricultural products base and the production and processing enterprises of livestock and poultry product,aquatic product,beverage product and other product can create greater value added for the green food industry.(3)The regional economic development status,technology development level and labor capital are negatively correlated with the level of agglomeration development of green food industry in Jiangsu Province,among which the results of technology development level and labor capital are significant;the government policy support,natural conditions and industrial scale have significant effects on the agglomeration and development of green food industry in Jiangsu Province,and the regression coefficient is positive.The robustness test of the original model is carried out when the static industrial agglomeration level lags one stage.The results are consistent with the results of the original model,indicating that the original model is robust and the research results are reliable.According to the research results,(1)The green food industry agglomeration potential is larger in the areas with better economic development in Jiangsu Province,and the green food industry agglomeration strength is stronger in the areas with weak economic development.(2)The development of green food industry in Jiangsu Province should pay attention to improving the level of industrial agglomeration,and pay attention to the development of bases,livestock,poultry and aquatic products;(3)The development of green food industry in Jiangsu Province should focus on government policy support,natural conditions,industrial scale,technological development level and labor capital.Therefore,the paper put forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to promote the agglomeration of green food industry and the development of high-quality green food industry in Jiangsu Province from four aspects:developing industrial cluster,optimizing product structure,doing well in policy support and building talent team.
