Research On The Development Strategy Of Modern Service Industry Cluster In Suzhou High-speed Railway New Town

Since the opening of the world’s first high-speed railway in the 1980 s,as the backbone of modern three-dimensional transportation network,high-speed railway has played a more and more important role in improving regional traffic location,strengthening economic ties between cities and accelerating the flow of production factors.In order to give full play to the "highspeed rail effect",many new high-speed rail cities have been developed around high-speed rail stations along famous high-speed train lines at home and abroad.These cities have additional development dividends due to high-speed rail.In recent years,the modern service industry,as a new driving force of economic development and transformation,has attracted more and more attention from more and more cities.At the same time,the construction of high-speed railway new town has sprung up,which plays a more obvious role in improving urban location advantages and driving the development of modern service industry.The research on the development strategy of modern service industry cluster with high-speed railway new town as the carrier has attracted more and more attention.The high-speed railway system in the Yangtze River Delta involves the "two horizontal" and "two vertical" of the "four vertical and four horizontal" of the national high-speed railway,and it is also one of the regions with the densest high-speed railway network in China.Suzhou,the strongest prefecture level city in China in the core of the Yangtze River Delta,has a mature high-speed rail network.However,with the transfer of low-end manufacturing industry and the decline of demographic dividend,it is urgent to transform and upgrade and seek new economic growth points.Therefore,this thesis adheres to the problem orientation,takes Suzhou highspeed railway new town as the research object,focuses on the problems and current situation,combined with the resource endowment,policy environment,development objectives and strategic planning of the development of modern service industry cluster in Suzhou High-speed Railway New Town,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the development process,and explores the development strategy of modern service industry cluster in line with the reality of Suzhou high-speed railway new town.Firstly,this thesis systematically combs the relevant research results on the construction of high-speed railway new town and the development of modern service industry cluster at home and abroad,analyzes the connotation of high-speed railway new town and modern service industry,the characteristics and influencing factors of modern service industry cluster,and believes that the spatial effect,market structure effect and factor integration effect of high-speed railway new town promote the development of modern service industry cluster around it.Then,from the perspective of platform ecology and complex adaptive system theory,this thesis constructs the ecosystem theoretical model of High-speed Railway New Town,analyzes the internal dynamic mechanism of the development of modern service industry cluster of Highspeed Railway New Town,and holds that high-speed railway new town is an ecosystem based on High-speed Railway new town and participated by multiple subjects within a certain geographical space,while the cluster development of modern service industry of high-speed railway new town is between and within multiple subjects,A systematic project of multi factor exchange and interaction.Then,through the questionnaire survey and interview survey for the modern service industry enterprises of Suzhou High-speed Railway New Town,this thesis analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,threats and challenges faced by the development of modern service industry of Suzhou high-speed railway new town by using SWOT analysis method,and constructs the SWOT matrix strategic analysis framework from the aspects of traffic location,industrial policy,resource endowment,talent technology,urban culture,financing cost and so on,It is considered that the development of modern service industry cluster in Suzhou high-speed railway new town still has great development potential and obvious comparative advantages.Finally,drawing on the relevant experience of advanced cities or regions at home and abroad,this thesis discusses the "three" strategic choices for the development of modern service industry clusters in Suzhou high-speed railway new town from the aspects of continue to expand and strengthen competitive industries,optimize development mechanism and development environment,and strengthen coordinated regional development.According to “three” strategic choices,clear “six” countermeasures:building a high-end service industry development platform,improving the system and mechanism,building a composite hub of Shanghai Soviet integration,promoting the integration of industry and city,building a digital industry highland with international competitiveness,and cultivating cultural and creative industries,To promote the high-quality development of modern service industry in Suzhou high-speed railway new town.
