Research On The Impact Of A Enterprise’s Social Responsibility On Enterprise Performance

In recent years,the lack of corporate social responsibility incidents emerge one after another,consumer rights and interests are damaged and other issues are increasingly prominent.However,as a profit-seeking organization,business operators often choose to avoid social responsibility when they realize that the implementation of social responsibility may cause harm to the company.In this case,scholars have studied the relationship between social responsibility and corporate performance,hoping to achieve a win-win effect of fulfilling social responsibility and improving performance.Dairy enterprises belong to a special manufacturing and processing industry,closely related to people’s lives,related to national health,therefore,Dairy enterprises social responsibility becomes very important.Therefore,this paper will take dairy enterprises as the object of study to explore the status of their social responsibility and its impact on performance,and give corresponding suggestions.Based on the literature review and case study,this paper sorts out the relevant literature on corporate social responsibility,corporate performance and the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate performance.According to the research direction of this paper,the related concepts are defined,and the theories needed for the research are arranged.This paper selects A enterprise with excellent performance of social responsibility in dairy industry as the case study object,briefly introduces the basic situation of A enterprise and the status quo of fulfilling social responsibility,and analyzes the motivation of A enterprise to fulfill social responsibility and the impact mechanism on enterprise performance.Using the event research method and financial indicators method,this paper explores the impact of corporate social responsibility on financial performance and non-financial performance.Through case study,this paper shows that the performance of corporate social responsibility can effectively promote the performance of enterprises,and expects to promote the construction of the social responsibility system of dairy enterprises and contribute to the high-quality economic development of our country.
