| Online shopping has promoted the development of logistics and express delivery business, and express delivery sites have become spaces closely related to residents’ daily lives and important topics in the fields of urban consumption space research and urban commercial service research. However, urban planning has not paid attention to the important commercial facilities brought by this era,so that the current express site space is mostly spontaneously formed. In addition, some studies have linked express site space to shopping behavior, but have not related it to the analysis of community commercial public service facilities. Therefore, this study will take Nanjing express station space as an example to investigate its spatial distribution and temporal changes, and further explore its influence on shopping behavior, and finally give suggestions on its configuration as part of the commercial supporting facilities. In the literature research part, firstly, through the searching and collecting relevant articles, this paper summarized the impacts of the development of Internet and online shopping on urban space and logistics, and further summarizes the development history and existing research on the influencing factors of express sites to lay the foundation for macroscopic research.Secondly, this paper sorted out the research on the influence factors of online shopping on consumer behavior. Finally, the existing community commercial facilities supporting standards are organized to provide reference and basis for the construction of community online and offline commercial facilities supporting standards.Based on the POI data of express sites in the main urban area of Nanjing from 2015 to 2020,this paper uses statistical analysis, spatial analysis and regression analysis to explore the spatial development trend of express sites and the influencing factors in Nanjing. The results demonstrated that express sites show a trend of clustering in the old urban area and spreading to the new urban area, mainly forming clusters in the consumption space and living space, including commercial centers, residential areas, and its distribution is mainly influenced by commercial retail and residential neighborhoods.Courier sites have dependence on daily retail space and tend to be distributed near residential areas with great and stable demand for courier. This paper selected four residential areas to explore the shopping behavior of respondents and the influencing factors.A structural equation is used to construct the influence of courier sites on shopping attitudes. The study shows that delivery quality, accessibility, and convenience of pickup can influence respondents’ willingness to use express sites, which in turn mainly affects respondents’ perceptions of time savings and convenience, and further influences their shopping behavior. Finally, the article summarizes the main problems of express sites in the main urban area of Nanjing, and proposes solutions to the problems in terms of space and management. |
