Since the 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress,we have deepen reform to establish mixed ownership systems.We glad to see implementing the three-years action plan for SOE reform has improved the efficiency of state-owned enterprises,consolidated the foundation for growth.With the relaxation of the authority of state-owned capital to independently choose investment business,state-owned capital began to explore investment in private enterprises,namely reverse mixed owned reform is increasing.Reverse mixed owned reform can give full play to the enthusiasm of shareholders to participate in governance and make up for the shortcomings of single shareholders.In order to improve the quality of enterprise development,private enterprises also actively participate in trying to reverse mixed ownership reform,but how to set the implementation path has become a hot spot in promoting the healthy development of private enterprises.Centering on “the motivation and impact of reverse mixed ownership reform”,at first this thesis collects the three aspects of mixed ownership reform,reverse mixed ownership reform and enterprise performance,defines their concepts,and improves theoretical basis.Secondly,this thesis selects company K as an example,which is a traditional Chinese medicine enterprise.And the reasons and implementation process of reverse mixed ownership reform of company K are analyzed from the perspective of the external environment and internal management.In this thesis,the event study and factor analysis are comprehensively used ti explore the impact of reverse mixed reform on enterprise performance,from the short-term and long-term aspects.Including the changes in several aspects,such as excessive accumulation rate of return,development strategy,brand value,profitability,asset quality and debt risk,business growth and management ability after bring state-owned capital into private enterprises.The study finds that reverse mixed ownership reform can increase the cumulative abnormal return of company K in the short term,create economic value and improve the short-term financial performance.In the long run,reverse mixed ownership can improve its management ability and profitability,improve financial performance and improve non-financial performance.Finally,based on the research data,this thesis gives some advice,such as solving the horizontal competition,strengthening resource coordination,deepening research and development,improving operation management,strengthening sales and brand building.
