In recent two years,with the fourth round of mixed ownership enterprise list put forward,there have been many red-headed documents on deepening the reform of mixed ownership,and vigorously support the development of mixed ownership economy.In the first stage,the combination of government capital and private capital was completed after the adjustment of ownership structure based on assets reorganization in companies.The primary task right now is to speed up the implementation of the mixed-ownership reform amoung local state-owned enterprises,then deepening the further reform by introducing strategic investors,carrying out employee stock ownership plan and other programs after they realized cross-shareholding system.Actually,many reform cases are not very successful.More attention should be paid to the improvement of management and business ideas besides the integration of capital.On the basis of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets,the capital and background advantages of state-owned enterprises should be given fully play.Introducing the advanced concepts and management models of private enterprises,promoting enterprise innovation and enhancing enterprise vitality can all achieve the goal of benefit maximization.In this paper,a local pharmaceutical industry of state-owned enterprises T is chosen as a case for studying the impact of performance in the mixed-ownership reform.By introducing strategic investors into the enterprise,the incorporated private enterprises acquired the status of the largest shareholder by increasing capital and expanding shares,even have gained the actual control of the state-owned enterprises.After that,the employee stock ownership incentive program was implemented vigorously.Selling control of a state-owned company is rare.So from the perspective of actual control right change,it is of innovative significance to study the impact of mixed-mode change on business performance.This paper mainly uses case study,event analysis and principal component analysis to study the internal financial performance and external market performance of T company before and after the mixed-ownership reform.Finally,the paper evaluates the effect and deficiency of T and puts forward some suggestions.
