Research On The Farmer Cooperation From The Perspective Of Collective Action

With the further achievements of the rural revitalization strategy,the original survival mode and life style of traditional villages have changed.How to achieve sustainable development of farmers and cultivate an effective path for farmers’ cooperation have become important tasks under the background of rural revitalization.The inherent mode under the background of collective economy needs to be intervened by a new development mode.It has become a long-term strategic consideration to strengthen the collective economic vitality by cultivating farmers’ cooperative autonomy,which is helpful to realize the vitality of rural economy and public governance.Nowadays,the rapid development of farmers’ cooperation provides an important way to realize farmers’ cooperation.There are not a few researches on farmer cooperatives in the academic circle,but there is a lack of research on the development of farmer cooperatives from the perspective of collective action.At the same time,there is a lack of analysis and comparison of different types of farmer cooperation to respond to the effective ways of farmer cooperation.Based on this,this paper summarizes the development experience of the existing farmer self-initiated,person-led,government-led and enterprise-led farmer cooperation,constructs the research framework of farmer cooperation path through the theory of collective action,and takes the farmer cooperative behavior in the farmer cooperatives as the research object.Through the theory of collective action,the author extracted the driving factors of farmers’ cooperative behavior from the aspects of organization and incentive,analyzed and compared the key elements of farmers’ cooperation in four kinds of farmers’ cooperation,provided relevant analysis for the exploration of the development path of farmers’ cooperatives,and explored the relevant factors of farmers’ actions in the development of farmers’ cooperatives.Comparative analysis and research show that different types of farmer cooperatives have significant differences in the dimensions of organization and incentive.Farmers cooperatives represented by enterprise-led cooperation with perfect organization mechanism and incentive mechanism are more likely to achieve the stability of farmer cooperation.Farmer cooperatives with strong organizational power represented by government-led cooperation can also realize the results of farmer cooperation by giving full play to their organizational advantages,while those with unsound organizational mechanism and incentive mechanism represented by farmer spontaneous cooperatives face the problem of sustainability of farmer cooperation.At the same time,on the basis of refining the key elements of farmer cooperation under the theory of collective action,this paper explores the path of farmer cooperation under the theory of collective action led by the Party building and integrated development.The realization of farmer cooperation by integrating the differential advantages of different types of farmer cooperation in the organizational dimension and incentive dimension is not only a requirement for the accurate implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It is an inevitable requirement for the revitalization of agricultural industry and the prosperity of farmers.
