In recent years,the domestic petrochemical industry has been in an upward trend of development,with the proportion of large private petrochemical companies gradually increasing.Therefore,if a company wants to gain a competitive advantage and maintain stable development among many companies in the same industry,improving product quality is particularly crucial.However,facing the requirements of improving both quality and quantity,how petrochemical companies can promote enterprise development through improving their quality management system has become an urgent issue to be solved.Currently,a sound quality management system has become a key factor affecting the company’s development.Therefore,it is particularly important for petrochemical companies to optimize their quality management system in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development.This article is about a M petrochemical company.Firstly,a large amount of literature is consulted to clarify the current research status at home and abroad,and key research content is designed;Next,a detailed review will be conducted on the concepts related to quality management and quality management systems,as well as the principles,content,and execution standards for the construction of laboratory quality management systems;Secondly,the basic situation of M Petrochemical Company’s laboratory is introduced,and the current status of M Petrochemical Company’s laboratory quality management system is analyzed from three aspects: quality planning,quality control,and quality improvement.A questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate and analyze grassroots personnel.At the same time,interviews are conducted with middle and senior management personnel,and it is found that there is insufficient effectiveness of quality planning in M Petrochemical Company’s laboratory quality management system,Neglecting process control,outdated control methods,and inadequate quality improvement plans in quality control;Once again,based on the existing problems mentioned above,suitable optimization plans are proposed for the laboratory quality management system of M Petrochemical Company,including strengthening internal audits and management reviews,strengthening supervision of document consensus implementation,strengthening process control,utilizing information technology to achieve full tracking and time management,developing personnel evaluation standards,standardizing personnel training management,strengthening training assessment efforts,and optimizing LIMS testing information management.Finally,practical and feasible guarantee measures are proposed for the operation of the laboratory quality management system of M Petrochemical Company from three aspects: personnel,funds,and systems.This study proposes the best optimization ideas for M Petrochemical Company’s laboratory,which can help enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of M Petrochemical Company’s laboratory. |
