| Agricultural development is an important factor in promoting the development of China’s national economy and social stability,and the progress of the seed industry is an important link in agricultural development.However,China’s seed industry is currently facing severe challenges such as low mastery of core R&D technology,lagging behind in the cultivation of scientific and technological forces,insufficient breeding resources and high-end talents.To change this situation,scientific and technological innovation and talent cultivation are the key.At present,the R&D team composed of innovative scientific and technological knowledge employees plays a decisive role in the development of seed enterprises.Therefore,in order to effectively attract and retain R&D personnel and constantly stimulate their innovation and creativity,the research on effective incentive mechanism is particularly important.On the basis of theoretical research on incentive mechanisms by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper takes KF company’s seed industry R&D personnel as the research subject,deeply analyzes the current status of KF company’s R&D personnel incentive mechanism,and combines the actual situation of the enterprise to deeply analyze the problems existing in the existing incentive mechanism.It explores improvement measures for the incentive mechanism of seed industry R&D personnel to ensure the introduction and cultivation of seed industry R&D talents,thereby promoting the rapid development of seed enterprises.Through research,it was found that the R&D personnel of KF Company have low satisfaction with the company’s current salary and benefits,performance evaluation,training and learning,work promotion,and spiritual motivation.The incentive mechanism of KF Company mainly faces problems such as a lack of diversity in salary and benefits,a lack of effectiveness in performance evaluation,a lack of guidance in the training system,a lack of flexibility in the promotion mechanism,and a lack of deep exploration of spiritual motivation;Finally,the existing incentive mechanism will be further improved from five aspects: creating a diversified and reasonable salary and welfare model,improving effective performance evaluation methods,strengthening a demand driven training management system,implementing flexible and scientific promotion management methods,and emphasizing the use of employee spiritual motivation methods.The paper aims to propose effective incentive mechanism improvement measures for KF Company’s seed industry R&D personnel from a scientific and objective perspective,stimulate their work enthusiasm,enhance the output efficiency of R&D innovation achievements,help enterprises improve their core competitiveness,and provide some reference for the design of incentive mechanisms and related research for other seed enterprises. |
