In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become an intangible asset for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.As the carrier of knowledge,employees can share and absorb knowledge,which can promote the flow of knowledge in the organization and improve employee performance.According to the theory of behavioral science,in order to improve the possibility of employees’ behavior,it is necessary to provide an atmosphere to promote the behavior.Therefore,whether the organizational atmosphere can promote employees’ knowledge sharing has become one of the problems to be solved in this paper.Employee performance is the key to improve the overall efficiency of enterprises,but scholars mostly explore the antecedents of employee performance from the perspective of organizational training and incentive,and less from the perspective of organizational climate.In today’s highly competitive environment,employees pay more and more attention to their work environment and atmosphere,and scholars gradually pay attention to the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance,but the research on the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance needs to be improved.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper constructs a model of organizational climate and employee performance,explores the influence mechanism of knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable,and verifies the regulatory role of individual knowledge absorption ability in order to respond to the above problems.Firstly,this paper uses qualitative research and semi-structured interview method to interview 10 respondents,which preliminarily verifies the rationality of the theoretical model;Secondly,using quantitative research,through spss26 0 and amos23 0 statistical software to analyze 411 questionnaires.The results show that:(1)organizational climate has a positive effect on employee performance;(2)Organizational climate has a positive effect on knowledge sharing;(3)Knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance;(4)Individual knowledge absorptive capacity plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between knowledge sharing and employee performance.Therefore,in management practice,creating a good organizational atmosphere is conducive to knowledge sharing,and further improve employee performance by improving individual knowledge absorption ability.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward on how to create a good organizational atmosphere,how to promote employee knowledge sharing and improve individual knowledge absorption ability: create a good atmosphere of communication,trust,emotion and fairness;Establish the internal knowledge base of the organization,carry out technical salons and staff work experience exchange meetings,and actively build a learning organization;Incorporate the knowledge absorption ability of employees into performance appraisal,improve internal and external knowledge management ability,establish apprenticeship system,and improve the pertinence and professionalism of training. |
