| The pharmaceutical industry is a strategic industry related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,economic development and national security,and is the key cornerstone of building a healthy China.The outbreak of COVID-19 in recent years has attracted unprecedented attention to the pharmaceutical industry.Influenced by the complex and changing international situation and the macroeconomic transformation,the normalization of national drug centralized procurement,and the reform of medical insurance payment mode,the competition in China’s pharmaceutical industry has entered a new cycle of survival of the fittest,transformation and upgrading,which provides better development opportunities for pharmaceutical enterprises with core competitiveness and standardized operation.In this context,the financial risk problem of pharmaceutical enterprises gradually emerged,and the related research on financial risk management of pharmaceutical enterprises has become an important research topic at present.This paper selects Humanwell Healthcare in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as the research object,and analyzes the financial risks of Humanwell Healthcare by using literature analysis,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all,the research background of this paper is described.There are many problems in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,such as fierce competition in the industry and rising operating costs;It reviewed and combed the domestic and foreign literature of financial risk management,elaborated the connotation and relevant theories of financial risk management,and laid a theoretical foundation for the following article.Secondly,it briefly describes the financial situation and operating results of Humanwell Healthcare from 2017 to 2021,and briefly analyzes and identifies its financial risks from four aspects of operation,financing,investment and cash flow.It is found that Humanwell Healthcare has financial risks such as operating risks caused by slow turnover of accounts receivable,financing risks caused by short-term and longterm debt.Thirdly,the efficiency coefficient method and the F-score model are used to evaluate the financial risk of Humanwell Healthcare vertically and horizontally,and the evaluation results are divided according to the financial risk evaluation criteria to obtain the financial risk grades,and the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained by combining the vertical and horizontal evaluation.The evaluation results show that the company has different degrees of financial risks in terms of operation,financing,investment and cash flow.Finally,it proposes financial risk control measures for Humanwell Healthcare,such as optimizing accounts receivable management,improving internal control mechanism,improving investment strategy,improving business quality,developing diversified financing channels,and optimizing capital structure,to ensure the company’s sustainable development in the future. |
