With the diversification of market demand,production mode of many varieties and variable mass has been normal in many manufacturing industries,so decorating production equipment flexibly and reducing production costs,become a challenging research topic.Flexible equipment layout is a typical layout to meet the demand of changeable production.Distributed layout is a kind of flexible layout,which can help enterprises to transform into flexible production mode by decomposing and distributing the machine fleet of traditional process layout to face changeable production environment.The availability of different equipment has a certain impact on production logistics cost control,but the existing research results do not give too much research.Therefore,this paper introduces the accessibility factors of production equipment,puts forward a multi-objective distributed layout model with the minimum availability of different equipment and the lowest distribution and logistics cost,based on the idea of genetic algorithm and current related research results.Aiming at the characteristics of the model,a multi-objective genetic algorithm based on Pareto is designed to solve the model.Finally the feasibility of the model is validated by the example.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,summarize the concept of the existing equipment layout theory,optimize th e target and constraint conditions,and analyze its advantages and disadvantages.The definition and characteristics of distributed layout are introduced and analyzed.Second,according to the characteristics of multi-objective distributed layout prob lem is studied in this paper,introduced the concept of different equipment accessibilit y,and the accessibility of different equipment layout and logistics to minimum and th e minimum target builds a multi-objective distributed layout model,and according to certain principles to the assumptions and constraints.Third,analyzes the basic principle and solving process of the genetic algorithm,t he non dominated sorting,crowding and elitist strategy of multi objective genetic imp rovement design,which is suitable for solving multi-objective distributed layout mode l,and the operation process and the algorithm has done a detailed description.Fourth,the application and method are used to verify the mathematical model and solving algorithm of the multi-objective distributed layout problem proposed in this p aper.
