| As China’s vehicle ownership continues to grow,it has brought about a huge market space.Company A,established in 2009,is a technology company mainly providing motor vehicle testing equipment manufacturing and software,industry information management system,motor vehicle testing and automotive after-market services.Under the situation of increasing competition in the industry,growing scale of enterprises and diversifying business,the focus of competition among enterprises is also gradually focused on the quality of talents,and the R&D talents with core competitiveness are attracting much attention.In this paper,we study the causes and countermeasures of R&D staff turnover in Enterprise A,and hope to provide reference for other companies of the same type.Based on the Price-Muller model(2000)and related motivation theories,this paper combines the current situation of company A and conducts a study on this phenomenon.Based on the Price-Muller(2000)model,the relevant indicators were selected and determined,and a questionnaire was prepared.Next,the researcher distributed 130 questionnaires in Company A,and the number of questionnaires returned was 119,with a coverage rate of 91.5%.Finally,SPSS 28.0 data software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,and regression analysis was also conducted to analyze the reasons for the turnover tendency of R&D personnel in Company A.Based on the tendency to leave,combined with the aforementioned theoretical research,this paper proposes solutions to the turnover situation of R&D personnel in Company A: from five aspects: adjusting and improving work autonomy,reasonably releasing work pressure,planning and perfecting promotion channels,sound and optimized incentive management and improving organizational security efficiency,and proposes countermeasures to control the turnover of R&D personnel in Company A. |
