| The human factor plays a crucial role in the survival and development of service industries such as shopping centers,so such enterprises attach great importance to the development and management of human resources.Performance management is an important part of human resource management in enterprises.Only by evaluating and motivating people well and establishing an efficient management system can help enterprises quickly adapt to the fierce competitive environment.The phenomenon of unclear work objectives and unsatisfactory work results has emerged in the management of shopping centers B.It can be seen that there are problems in the implementation process of the company’s performance management.In order to promote the development of the enterprise,truly reflect the work performance of employees,improve work efficiency,and stimulate work enthusiasm,it is necessary to study the problems of performance management in Company B and improve the current situation of performance management.In response to the issue of performance management,the research on performance planning,performance monitoring,performance evaluation,and feedback and application at home and abroad was reviewed.The performance management problems that exist in Company B’s development were extracted,including performance evaluation indicators that cannot objectively reflect actual work payments,performance evaluation systems that are not suitable for current enterprise management,gaps between evaluation indicators and actual work,and performance evaluation replacing performance management Issues such as non-public assessment results and single application of results.This article applies management control theory,key performance indicator theory,and balanced scorecard theory,using literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the reasons for these problems and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including improving performance plans,strengthening performance monitoring,implementing performance evaluation,strengthening feedback,and applying results. |
