Research On The Influence Of Digital Transformation On The High Quality Development Of Enterprises

China’s economy has been transformed from high-speed development to high-quality development stage.Enterprises,as the micro foundation of national economic development,are an important part of high-quality economic development and are crucial to achieving high-quality economic development.At the same time,digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence develop more and more rapidly,which creates the digital economy,a new form of economic development.In the context of the digital economy,the digital transformation of enterprises provides a new driving force for economic development and becomes an important focus to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper aims to demonstrate the reasons why enterprise digital transformation can promote high-quality development and its internal mechanism.This paper takes the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from2011 to 2021 as the data source,empirically tests the relationship between digital transformation,internal control,high-quality development of enterprises,and the financial background and overseas experience background of senior management team,and deeply analyzes and discusses the reasons and mechanisms of digital transformation affecting high-quality development of enterprises.It is committed to open the black box of the influence path of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises.The findings of this paper are as follows: first,the digital transformation of enterprises can promote the total factor productivity of enterprises and promote the high-quality development of enterprises;Secondly,the quality of internal control plays an intermediary role in the process of digital transformation affecting the high-quality development of enterprises.Third,the financial background and overseas background characteristics of the top management team positively moderates the relationship between digital transformation and high-quality development of enterprises.Fourth,the impact of China’s digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises is more significant in the western and eastern regions,and the western region has a greater promoting effect.The digital transformation has a positive effect on the high quality development of both high-tech enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises,and the promotion effect of high-tech enterprises is greater.This paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: first,seize the development tide of digital economy,accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises;Second,build a data factor market system to promote the free flow of data factors;Third,strengthen the internal control system,optimize the quality of internal control;Fourth,improve the existing talent cultivation system,strengthen the introduction of high-quality talents.Based on the micro perspective,this paper studies the mechanism of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises,enricfies and improves the research on enterprise digital transformation and high-quality development,helps to strengthen the understanding of enterprise digital on high-quality development,and changes the production mode of enterprise with high input factors but low output into a new mode of resource integration and production development relying on digital technology.It provides guidance and practical enlightenment for enterprises to promote digital transformation and achieve high quality development.
