| As a practical application of project management,the project communication management of Meili rural ecotourism construction project has certain characteristics of The Times.The core of project management: project communication management,which runs through the whole process of project management.From project planning to project implementation to project operation,project communication management is the basic guarantee for the project to reach the goal.Therefore,project communication management is indispensable in the strategy of "rural revitalization".The construction of beautiful rural ecotourism in Jian Cun Village of X County has officially gone through the stage of beautiful rural construction and industrial revitalization since 2014.At present,great progress has been made in all aspects of the construction,which has also been recognized by the relevant national departments.As a pilot village in Central Plains,Jane Village has a certain representative.This paper identifies and analyzes stakeholders in three stages of Jane village construction: village environmental governance stage,infrastructure construction stage and eco-tourism construction stage.Through field investigation and visit,it analyzes the conflicts of interests of stakeholders in time and finds out the problems existing in project communication during the actual implementation of the project:(1)The project communication management system with the town government as the management core is not perfect.(2)Lack of project communication plan and inadequate communication management.(3)The stakeholders of the project participants’ project communication management objects are not clear.(4)Project communication and management channels are not flexible.(5)The project communication management information is not accurate.(6)The project stakeholders lack the ability to participate in the project management and communication of natural persons.(7)Unclear communication personnel.After analyzing the problems,the corresponding solutions are given:(1)To improve the importance of project stakeholders to project communication management.(2)Strengthen the identification of project stakeholders and develop practical project communication plans.(3)Improve the communication ability of communication managers.(4)Improve the position of village committee in the whole project management organizational structure.(5)Attach importance to the application of "formal communication management theory" and "informal communication management theory".From the overall perspective of the project,this paper combines the project communication management theory with the "rural revitalization" project to provide reference for the subsequent management of other rural construction and industrial revitalization projects. |
