Evaluation Of Electroacoustic Enterprises Value Based On AEG Model

Since the epidemic in 2020 until now,the global economy is gradually turning into a stage of recovery and adjustment,traditional industries are gradually getting rid of the sluggish development,and fields such as new Internet consumption are emerging.The meta-universe concept is also heating up,and various new trends have led to the gradual transformation of a large number of industries.At the same time,along with the accelerated development of the virtual reality industry,the electroacoustic industry is in full swing.In this context,the business strategy of electroacoustic enterprises gradually shift the focus,gradually develop new business growth points,chasing market opportunities,electroacoustic enterprises are gradually changing the value drivers,electroacoustic industry in China’s development and construction of the new plan has become increasingly important.It is also increasingly critical to analyze the value creation logic of electroacoustic companies more accurately and rationally and to value them.Therefore,it is particularly important to facilitate business management,financing and investment decisions on how to value electroacoustic companies.Because of the difficulty in valuing electroacoustic companies and the lack of a mature valuation system to refer to,there is an urgent need to analyze and evaluate the value of electroacoustic companies in a more scientific and effective manner.This paper firstly outlines the background of the topic and the significance of the research,summarises the literature related to traditional valuation models and AEG models and studies related to the valuation of electroacoustic companies,and then describes the basic concepts and theoretical foundations.On this basis,a theoretical overview of the characteristics of electroacoustic enterprises and the valuation environment of electroacoustic enterprises is provided,and an environmental analysis is conducted to analyse the factors influencing the valuation of electroacoustic enterprises from three perspectives: the macro environment,the industry development environment and the enterprise development environment respectively.The paper also analyses the applicability of the AEG model to electroacoustic firms and constructs an AEG model for electroacoustic firms.This paper takes Goer as an entry point,analyses its operations,financial situation,competitive strategy,internal management and core competencies,and then analyses the applicability of the AEG model to the valuation of Goer’s shares.The valuation model is then constructed based on the AEG Model,valuation forecasts and assumptions are made and valuation analysis is carried out for Goer’s shares.Finally,the consistency of the model is analysed through robustness tests and the valuation results are compared with other valuation models to make a comprehensive evaluation and draw relevant conclusions,insights and outlook.In this paper,after theoretical analysis and case study,the following three conclusions are drawn:(1)There are numerous influencing factors on the value of electroacoustic enterprises.(2)The AEG model is applicable to the value assessment of electroacoustic enterprises.(3)The AEG model is conducive to the discovery of enterprise value growth factors.With the development of the virtual reality industry bringing huge opportunities to the electroacoustic industry,the demand for value analysis of electroacoustic enterprises will increase,the theoretical research of relevant scholars on the valuation of electroacoustic enterprises and the experience of appraisers in practice will become more and more abundant,and the methodology of the valuation system for electroacoustic enterprises will become more and more perfect,which is beneficial to the majority of stakeholders to analyze the real value of the electroacoustic industry more accurately and promote the The sound development of the electro-acoustic industry.
