Value Evaluation Of Eastmoney Enterprises Based On EVA Method

In recent years,with the popularity of the Internet,"Internet +financial information" as a new business model has entered our field of vision.Meanwhile,it has had a tremendous impact on the life of the people.With the strong support of the government,The Internet financial information enterprises have risen rapidly,constantly promoting the new development of the traditional financial industry.As an emerging enterprise,Internet financial information enterprises are planning on long-term enterprise development,exploring their own practical value and actively exploring effective methods of value evaluation.However,due to the high corporate characteristics of Internet financial information enterprises,such as high proportion of intangible assets,high R&D expense and high risks,it is difficult to quantitatively analyze the uncertainty of such enterprises in the assessment.The financial concerns in traditional valuation methods Indicators do not accurately and reasonably reflect the true value of enterprises,and bring many uncertainties to enterprises in mergers and acquisitions and other activities.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the value of Internet financial information enterprises has become a problem.This paper takes Eastmoney Enterprises as an example to study thevalidity and rationality of EVA value evaluation system.Through the specific analysis of the industry environment and its own value characteristics of Eastmoney Enterprises,the applicability of EVA value evaluation system and traditional value evaluation methods is explored.Finally,the practical application verifies the rationality of the method.It not only opens up new ideas for the evaluation of enterprise value of Internet financial information enterprises,but also provides more accurate data support for corporate activities in China’s future “Internet finance”industry,and also provides a kind of information for other enterprises in the Internet financial information industry.
