Research On The Transformation Of KY Securities Company’s Brokerage Business

Based on the background of low efficiency of traditional brokerage business of securities companies,this paper analyzes the status quo that KY Securities Company’s brokerage business,agent trading securities business,and agent sales of financial products business have not broken through in recent years.Find a breakthrough in the transformation of the brokerage business of the company through the investment consulting field that I work in,and focus on analyzing how the investment consulting service can contribute to the transformation of the brokerage business of KY Securities in the future.Through searching the domestic and foreign literature,as well as understanding the relevant concepts of enterprise transformation,securities brokerage and investment advisory services,this paper studies the relevant theories of business transformation,customer satisfaction and asset allocation.Taking KY Securities Company as a case,this paper analyzes the current situation of the brokerage business of KY Securities Company,and proposes how the future investment advisory business of KY Securities Company can help the transformation of corporate brokerage business from four aspects: personal brokerage business,institutional brokerage business,credit trading business and wealth management business.To sum up,through the study of this article,taking the transformation and development process of the brokerage business of KY Securities Company in recent years as a case,this paper expounds the problems existing in the existing brokerage business of KY Securities Company,considers the transformation countermeasures,and finally proposes that KY Securities Company should improve the standard and scope of investment advisory services.In addition to the traditional investment consulting and asset allocation services,investment advisers will also play an increasingly important role in other brokerage businesses.Create more income and profits for the brokerage business and make outstanding contributions to the transformation of the brokerage business.
