| After the founding of New China,it was influenced by the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas,the development of cities became increasingly prosperous,urban infrastructure was continuously improved,and a large number of rural people moved to cities.At the same time,the development of rural areas has stagnated,the economy is backward,the living standards of farmers are low,and a large number of rural laborers have gone out to seek development opportunities in order to survive,resulting in a large amount of idle land in rural areas,lack of motivation for rural industrial development,and the phenomenon of hollowing out of rural areas is widespread.This phenomenon has a certain hindrance to China’s comprehensive rural revitalization,the common development of urban and rural areas,and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist power.China has achieved comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020,a moderately prosperous society has been fully built,and the problem of absolute poverty has been completely eliminated,but the problem of relative poverty still exists,there are still problems such as insufficient development resources and insufficient labor force in rural development,and the problem of rural hollowing out is widespread.Therefore,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,exploring effective ways to solve the problem of rural hollowing,promoting the long-term development of rural areas,improving the living standards of farmers,and achieving common prosperity is an urgent matter to be solved at present.This paper selects Guanzhou Town,Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County,Guizhou Province as the research object,because Guanzhou Town is located in the ethnic area of Wuling Mountain,the geographical location is relatively remote,before China fully built a moderately prosperous society in 2020,Yanhe County is one of the fourteen deep poverty counties in Guizhou Province,the only deep poverty county in Tongren City,Guanzhou Town as a large population town in Yanhe County,as a research sample is more representative.This paper introduces the basic situation of the research site,and on the basis of grasping the general situation of the research site,the relevant research concepts and research theories are used to analyze the current situation of rural hollowing out in the study area,and it is found that Guanzhou Town mainly has the problems of population,homestead,industry and culture,and these problems are mainly affected by the dual economic structure and urban and rural household registration system.Backward rural economic development and imperfect infrastructure;and the influence of the change in the peasants’ own ideology and other influences.In the case study of rural hollowing at home and abroad,the successful experience of rural hollowing at home and abroad was summarized,and finally specific countermeasures were put forward for the hollowing out of Guanzhou Town.The main ones are to strengthen the education and training of rural people and improve policies to attract people to return;Improve the homestead system and realize the optimal allocation of land resources;Promote the integration of rural industries and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas;Improve infrastructure and strengthen cultural construction. |
