| With the rapid development of economy and technology,the process of global economic globalization is being accelerated as well as the competition of the market.Meanwhile,the type of products and the personalize demand of customer have largely increased,and the life circle of products has sharply decreased.Enterprises must accelerate the pace of development and strive to enhance their market competitiveness because of the changing global market environment.Developing and improving the supply chain paradigm is the key to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises,so selecting the appropriate supply chain paradigm for their own development is a crucial factor that is helpful to win the competition.Recently,lean supply chain paradigm,agile supply chain paradigm and leagile supply chain paradigm have emerged and are paid a lot of attention to.The great achievements of three supply chain paradigms have been made in theory and practice,but the research about selecting supply chain paradigms is much less.Based on the above background,this thesis has done the following work:1.This thesis elaborates the research background of supply chain paradigms,reviews the relevant literature and clarifies the significance of supply chain paradigms selection further;it presents the concept and characteristics of lean,agile and leagile supply chain paradigm and compares the similarities and differences between the features of the three paradigms.Meanwhile the basic principles of triangular fuzzy number,fuzzy-TOPSIS and fuzzyVIKOR covered in this thesis are introduced.2.Evaluation index system of selecting the supply chain paradigms is established from six aspects: the quality,cost,service level,enterprise applicability,information sharing and flexible degree according to the relevant literature studies and characteristics of three supply chain paradigms.3.The evaluation indicators are divided into two types: quantitative indicators and qualitative ones.Considering the drawbacks of the existing evaluation methods about selecting supply chain paradigms,a hybrid multi-criteria decision making model is proposed in a fuzzy environment.This thesis employs triangular fuzzy number to determine the qualitative indicators weights as well as the fuzzy-entropy weighting method to determine the quantitative ones.Finally,the fuzzy TOPSIS / VIKOR is employed to generate an overall performance score for each supply chain paradigm.4.The evaluation index system of selecting the supply chain paradigms and hybrid multi-criteria decision making model are applied to the WL entity enterprise which belongs to automotive manufacturing industry,and gives supply chain ordering,supply chain paradigm is the most suitable paradigm for the development of WL enterprise. |
