In 2020,the new crown epidemic brought unprecedented challenges to the catering industry,but in the past three years,the domestic catering industry has continued to flourish,as an integral part of China’s service industry,the catering industry plays a vital role in the domestic economic development,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.X catering enterprise is a complex hotel with a good reputation in the local area,but in the face of increasingly fierce industry competition and environmental changes,X F&B must adopt effective competitive strategy innovation to ensure its sustainable development and gain a larger market share under the impact of the current epidemic.This paper takes X catering enterprise as the research object,takes the competitive strategy of the enterprise as the theoretical basis,and applies various strategic research methods such as PEST analysis method,Porter five forces model,SWOT analysis method,etc.,to conduct an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment of X catering enterprise,so as to discover its external opportunities and risks,internal advantages and shortcomings,and formulate a reasonable competitive strategy.After research,X catering enterprises can adopt differentiated competitive strategies,through the implementation of marketing differentiation,product and brand differentiation,service differentiation,etc.,increase the packaging and promotion of star single product Dong Ji donkey meat,increase the training of innovative talents and improve the salary incentive mechanism,build a special catering marketing model,and use new media to create momentum,in order to obtain a better market and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In order to further improve the competitiveness of X catering enterprises,we should take a series of effective measures,including: improving the organizational structure,promoting standardized management,increasing human resource management,and strengthening the competitiveness of the center market.This paper deeply discusses the competitive strategy of X catering enterprises,and puts forward differentiated competitive strategies based on the particularity of the current epidemic,in order to provide strong support for the sustainable development of the catering industry and provide effective guidance for the implementation of the competitive strategies of other catering enterprises.
