| Since No.1 central document first proposed to promote the development of "integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries" in 2015,the subsequent documents for many years have repeatedly emphasized the importance of highlighting the integrated development of rural tertiary industries.The integration of rural three industries means that by extending the agricultural industry chain,the added value of agricultural industry can be increased and the high-quality development of agricultural industry can be promoted.Therefore,in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly pointed out that to promote the integration of rural three industries,it is necessary to vigorously support farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship,so as to broaden the channels for farmers to increase income.In the process of rural three-industry integration,farmers are still important participants and beneficiaries,playing an extremely important role in rural development.With the strong support of the policy,the development of rural integration of three industries has been widely concerned by scholars,but the research results are more macro-level research,and the research on the micro-level is relatively small,in order to make up for the development of micro-level research on rural integration of three industries.This paper takes Wanzhou Distinctive Water Town as the research object,through investigating and analyzing the influencing factors of farmers’ participation in the development of three-industry integration in Wanzhou Distinctive Water Town,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote farmers’ participation in the development of three-industry integration,so as to accelerate the high-quality development of rural three-industry integration in Fenshui Town.Through random sampling survey and interview of farmers in Fenshui Town,216 questionnaires were collected after screening,and the following conclusions were drawn.First of all,the statistical analysis showed that 53.2% of the respondents participated in the integration development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Secondly,the Logit regression analysis was carried out by using the software Spss26.0.Among the four dimensions of personal situation,family situation,external environment and personal cognition,five factors significantly affected the participation of farmers in the integration development of rural tertiary industries,including the respondents’ education background,family deposits Whether the surrounding people participate in the development of rural integration of three industries and the degree of policy awareness of the development of rural integration of three industries has a significant positive impact;The price fluctuation of agricultural products has a significant negative impact on farmers’ participation in the integration of three industries.According to the results of the empirical analysis and the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from three aspects.At the individual level,we should correctly find the position in the development of the integration of three industries in rural areas,improve our understanding of the development of the integration of three industries in rural areas,and improve our professional technical level and knowledge level;At the social level,enterprises should play the leading role of the main body,establish and improve the mechanism of multi-agent interest linkage,etc;The government should speed up the construction of infrastructure in rural areas,increase the publicity of policies for the integration of three industries in rural areas,increase the financial support for the development of the integration of three industries in rural areas,and improve the social security system. |
