| Construction engineering supervision industry is a professional,highly intelligent technical service industry,as a subdivision of the construction industry,the development of the construction industry also plays an extremely important role.How to improve the service quality and job performance of on-site supervision personnel is the primary consideration of every engineering supervision enterprise in the process of human resource management,and is also an urgent problem to be solved in the long-term development of engineering supervision industry.Therefore,the research on the job performance of on-site supervision personnel is of certain significance to improve the job performance of engineering supervision personnel,and at the same time,it provides reference and enlightenment for the better development of engineering supervision enterprises.In this paper,the construction project site supervision personnel as the research object,the main effect of human capital influence job performance,relationship capital in the process of human capital influence job performance to build a model.A total of 263 valid questionnaires were collected from the field personnel of several engineering supervision enterprises in Hefei(including four counties and one city).Through the literature research and analysis on the supervisory staff job performance are summarized,it is concluded that the current of the main problems in the supervision of personnel and the main factors of restricting supervisory staff job performance,human capital in the school education,learning ability,skills training dimension,capital of human relationship,communication dimensions to explore the effect of supervisory staff job performance.SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software were used to analyze the data,test the research hypothesis and adjustment effect mechanism,and empirically explore the influence mechanism of the job performance of project supervision personnel.The results show that the dimensions of human capital(school education,learning ability,skill training)have significant positive effects on the job performance of project supervisors(task performance,peripheral performance).The human dimension of relational capital has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between human capital and job performance,but the direction is still positive.The communication dimension of relational capital positively moderates the relationship between human capital and job performance,that is,when communication ability is high,the positive impact of human capital on job performance will be strengthened,and when communication ability is low,the positive impact of human capital on job performance will be weakened.From the perspective of engineering supervision enterprises,this paper puts forward two specific suggestions on how to improve the job performance of on-site supervision personnel.Figure [9] table [29] reference [69]... |
