| In recent years,with the gradual popularization of the Internet in rural areas and the guidance and support of national policies,e-commerce has developed rapidly in rural areas.As an important way of online sales of agricultural products,e-commerce of agricultural products has also developed rapidly.Shangcheng County is a small county located in the south of Henan Province.Due to its special geographical location and good ecological environment,the agricultural products here have unique quality and become the characteristic "tea town","medicine town" and "land of fish and rice" in the south of Henan Province.Shangcheng County in rural economic development,in order to solve the problem of agricultural products sales,began to vigorously support the development of agricultural products e-commerce,introduced supporting policies,strengthened e-commerce personnel training,improved infrastructure,and created agricultural products brand.At present,Shangcheng County has a logistics storage center,formed a number of agricultural products brands,and agricultural products e-commerce has formed a certain scale.However,there are few problems still exist.In order to provide some feasible countermeasures and suggestions by understanding the willingness of local farmers to sell agricultural products through ecommerce,combined with the development of e-commerce of agricultural products in Shangcheng County.This paper first analyzes the development policies,environment and current situation of Shangcheng County’s agricultural products e-commerce to understand the problems faced by the development of Shangcheng County’s agricultural products ecommerce,that is,the lack of professional talents,backward logistics in some areas,and the primary quality standardization of agricultural products.Again through the method of questionnaire survey to collect local farmers Internet information contact characteristics,agricultural products sales approach and the attitude of electricity sales channels such as data,and puts forward may affect farmers use electricity three hypotheses,establish binary logistic regression model to analyze a variety of data,indicates that the biggest factor affecting farmers use electricity is understanding of electricity sales channels.Second,select the local case,in order to "the original till ridges" as an example to analyze its development present situation,found that there exist in the development of logistics storage system is imperfect,lack of professional talents,the third-party platform and logistics strong dependence,and analyses the agricultural electricity demand for agricultural industrial chain and policy support.Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the development of e-commerce of agricultural products in Shangcheng County from the following aspects: continue to improve the logistics and storage system,strengthen the cultivation of e-commerce talents of agricultural products,build a professional talent team,strengthen the construction of local e-commerce website platform,and do a good job in the publicity and promotion of local e-commerce platform. |
