On The Evolution Of Land Ownership And Property Right Structure In Rural China

On the basis of Marx’s theory of land ownership,the analytical method of the new institutional economics theory of property rights is adopted in this thesis to carry out an exploratory research on the ownership of rural land and the property rights related to the efficiency of land use in China in view of some real problems existing in the rural areas of our country at present,such as the unclear subject of land property rights,the inadequate separation of land property rights and functions,the unsmooth circulation of land property rights and so on.In this thesis,the methods of literature research and the unity of history and logic are mainly used to carry out the analysis on the internal logic of the evolution of rural land ownership and property right structure.Thus,it explains that the socialist transformation of land ownership in rural areas of our country after the founding of new China is to solve the problem of land exploitation.While for the reform of rural land property right structure after the reform and opening up,it is mainly to solve the problem of market allocation efficiency of land resources,which are unified to protect farmers’ legitimate rights and interests of land as well as the sustainable and efficient development of agriculture.Finally,this thesis makes the analysis on the internal causes of the current rural land problems in view of the present status of rural land property rights in our country,which then proposes three complementary feasible paths,such as sticking to the contemporary value of Marx’s land ownership theory,enhancing the legal provisions of rural land property right structure,and bringing the rural land property rights of China into the market track.In this way,it tries to promote the rural collective land into the market,which also tries to bring it into the track of standardization and legalization.In terms of the innovation point of this thesis,it lies in the clear definition and division of the relationship between land ownership and land property rights,which also demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the reform of rural land property right structure in our country.Thus,it has theoretical reference value to the innovative development of the reform of land property rights in the socialist market economic system in the rural areas of China under the guidance of Marx’s land ownership theory,to the solution of the problem of rural land property rights in China at present,and to further deepen the reform of rural land property right structure in China.
