In the past,the accumulation of skills mainly depended on the time invested in a certain field.Now,social upheaval has brought new things and new technologies.The development of science and technology has made the updating speed of knowledge and technology no longer dependent on time.Young people can master the most advanced technology in a very short time,even surpassing the old employees who have worked for more than ten years.Therefore,technology R & D enterprises are increasingly favoring young employees.As the leader of the intelligent hardware ODM industry,L company focuses on mobile phones and smart wearable products.The profits of ODM enterprises come from large-scale production and per capita efficiency.In the face of the rising human cost,L company has continuously encouraged the younger and more professional cadres and experts,and continuously increased the proportion of recruitment and training schools.In the face of the increasing number and proportion of the school enrollment year by year,the senior management of L company put forward the training requirements for the school enrollment,hoping to help the school enrollment to have the professional quality required by L company,quickly master the professional skills required by the post,identify with the enterprise culture,and strive with the enterprise for a long time.On the basis of studying the training theories and documents at home and abroad,as well as the training cases of different industries in China,this paper takes the enrollment of L company from 2020 to 2022 as the specific research object,and through observation,questionnaire,interview and comparative analysis,it analyzes the integration,competence and retention of the enrollment in various departments.Through the analysis of the root causes of the poor training effect,the deficiencies of the recruitment training system of L company in terms of management responsibilities,training system,learning resources and training methods are found,and the optimization measures of the training system are proposed accordingly.Through the research on the optimization of the recruitment training system of L company,this paper aims to enhance the recognition of the school’s recruitment to the enterprise,improve the competency rate of the school’s recruitment in the post,and help the new employees to accelerate their growth in the workplace.At the same time,it can also enable L company to obtain innovative talents and improve human efficiency,and improve the talent competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,I will also promote relevant research results and practice cases to the industry,and play a certain reference role in the training of new employees in the intelligent hardware ODM industry.
