With the lingering global pandemic,the ongoing trade war between major countries,and the financial volatility triggered by the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the international political and economic landscape is evolving at an accelerated pace,global economic growth is slowing down,and supply chain repair is difficult.With the fading of demographic dividend and the slowdown of macroeconomic growth,the development pattern of China’s banking industry will undergo a major change,and the business mode will shift toward a more diversified,refined and agile direction,which will also face unprecedented competition and challenges.As a financial means to alleviate poverty and benefit the public,Inclusive Finance has always been valued,but it has been difficult to develop well due to financial exclusion.The Inclusive Finance business of banks is also characterized by small scale,low profit and high risk.The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has brought new opportunities for the development of inclusive financial services,which will also provide the most important and urgent financial support.This paper studies how FD Bank,a commercial bank in Southwest China,can base itself on the region,give play to its strengths,seize opportunities,and make up for its weaknesses under the background of Rural Revitalization,so as to make inclusive financial business bigger and stronger.Through my study,I will make a interview investigation and questionnaire,using strategic management analysis tools PEST 、 SWOT analysis on internal and external environment.Finally,use QSPM matrix’s to choice of competitive strategy,finally come to the conclusion that FD bank should adhere to the differentiation competitive strategy.
