The COVID-19 outbreak occurred worldwide at the end of 2019.During the four years of the epidemic,the negative impact of the global economy has rapidly spread to various industries.Yunnan province as tourism resources province,tourism is an important pillar of the provincial economy,due to the capricious outbreak,to curb the spread of the epidemic,our country introduced corresponding countermeasures to limit people and logistics,countries,provincial and provincial,provincial city personnel flow are greatly restricted,tourist attractions in the province,the prosperous tourism industry almost shut out,closely associated with tourism,upstream and downstream industries,such as scenic enterprises,hotels,related surrounding retail,transportation industry are greatly affected.To stabilize the domestic economy,effectively improve people’s livelihood,the country has introduced a series of support small enterprise outbreak policy,Yunnan province response to national policy requirements also implemented corresponding measures such as non-state-owned enterprise rent,however,for the background of enterprises,there is no more favorable preferential policies,state-owned enterprises need to rely on their own reform transformation,need to adjust strategy to maintain enterprise basic operation,to adapt to the current economic situation,and for the future greater market competitive position to lay a solid foundation.This paper with state-owned investment background KP hotel as the research object,through the enterprise competition strategy related literature research,using literature analysis,case study,expert evaluation,questionnaire method,combined with KP hotel in recent years,using PESTLE macro analysis and six force industry environment analysis tools,establish IEF matrix,EFE matrix evaluation model obtained objective weights,composed of various factors affecting KP hotel operation analysis framework.Use the SWOT strategy analysis tools to study the threats and opportunity factors,advantages and disadvantages that have an important impact on KP hotel operation,adopt the ST strategy of using advantages and avoiding threats,and fully tap the potential of KP Hotel to build a unique competitiveness.Then,the QSPM matrix evaluation alternative strategy is established,and according to the comprehensive scoring results,the centralized strategy is selected as the competitive strategy for KP hotels to adapt to the current economic situation,and the strategic implementation guarantee measures are discussed.Through research analysis: KP hotels should adopt the ST strategy of using advantage and avoiding threats,,implement centralized strategy,clear unit exclusive hotel positioning,focus on the crew market,use shareholders resources for customers,maintain customer relations,build service brand image,catering to the unit preference to create the hotel atmosphere,around the crew demand development characteristic products,integrate business modules to provide one-stop service,and optimize the internal organization to increase professional personnel,improve the assessment mechanism to improve strategic execution,obtain the absolute position in the unit hotel market.
