With the deepening of the interest rate liberalization reform,the profit brought by the deposit and loan interest rate space gradually decreases,the profit gradually decreases,and the overall return on capital decreases.Internet finance has had a huge impact on commercial banks.The economic downturn coupled with the impact of the epidemic and the poor business conditions of enterprises have increased the non-performing loan ratio of commercial banks and increased the pressure of risk prevention and control.Under the background of the government’s financial deleveraging policy,the supervision of the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission,the People’s Bank of China and other regulatory agencies is becoming more and more strict,which makes it necessary for commercial banks to squeeze out the operation bubble,actively adjust the operation,and return to the track of legitimate operation and serving the real economy.At present,China’s financial system is still dominated by bank indirect financing.Commercial banks have played a positive role in promoting economic growth.Corporate business plays a pivotal role in the profits of commercial banks,and is the highlight of commercial bank business development,which is directly related to the operation and management of the entire commercial bank.It is characterized by large capital scale,low cost and high income,which is an important support of our commercial bank management system reform.It is an important research direction for commercial banks to timely adjust the development direction of corporate business according to the changes in domestic and foreign situations,and to formulate a reasonable competitive strategy for corporate business on the basis of meeting the requirements.Industrial and commercial bank of shijiazhuang branch was established in 1997 on November 26,is one of the important financial institutions,shijiazhuang region toward the bank business in recent years due to the unreasonable structure of business philosophy,customer quality,employees’ age structure,marketing consciousness,the intermediary business revenue growth is slow,caused by the low market share and profit double down,The original model has been unable to meet the needs of development.Therefore,this paper takes Shijiazhuang Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the research object to conduct a specific analysis and study on its corporate business and formulate a new competitive strategy for its corporate business.This paper adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method and other research methods.By sorting out relevant management,competitive strategy and banking strategy theories at home and abroad,and comprehensively using a variety of analysis tools,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment,and uses SWOT analysis method to study the opportunities and threats to the external environment of corporate business and the advantages and disadvantages of internal resources.Combined with QSPM model,it is determined that Shijiazhuang Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China is suitable to adopt differentiated competition strategy at this stage.Finally,the strategy implementation plan is proposed from five perspectives of product differentiation,customer differentiation,service differentiation,marketing channel differentiation and pricing differentiation,and the strategic guarantee measures are proposed from four aspects of organizational structure guarantee,human resources guarantee,strengthening risk prevention and control,and strengthening technical support. |
