With the transformation of our country’s banking industry from public business to retail business,the development mode of Chinese banking industry is undergoing profound changes.At present,all domestic banks have increased their capital support in technology empowerment,and banking retail business is also developing at a high speed thanks to the rapid development of internet technology,the proportion of retail business of some banks has surpassed that of corporate business,and retail business has become a strategic turning point for the reform and development of domestic banking industry.At present,the domestic commercial bank’s retail credit business is also developing rapidly,various retail credit products emerge one after another,the competition of each bank is rising day by day,the challenge is also more and more outstanding.There are more and more complex problems in the risk management process of retail credit business,the business environment and development situation of commercial banks are more complex,and the perfection of retail risk management system needs to be solved urgently,this has also become the focus of domestic commercial banks for some time after the development of an aspect.This paper studies the retail risk of Ping An Bank S branch,based on the risk evaluation index system,obtains the retail credit risk index data and the effect of retail risk management through data analysis and unstructured interviews,this paper studies the current situation of retail risk of S branch of Ping An Bank.Specifically,the study of retail risk management research at home and abroad,a total of 15 people from Ping An Bank S branch and external law firms were invited to conduct back-to-back scoring on nine different indicators,including online credit channels,offline credit channels and mortgage loans,finally,the first-line data are obtained and verified by regression analysis with SPSS Software,and the key indexes affecting the risk of retail loans are obtained.Based on the results of unstructured interviews with several retail risk executives in S branch of Ping An Bank,this paper finds out the problems of retail risk in S branch of Ping An Bank;Second,the retail risk management means and technical level can not be carried out in an all-round way;third,the cultural foundation of retail risk management is weak.At last,it puts forward the optimization plan: First,strengthen the leading of science and technology to improve the efficiency of risk control;Second,implement the solution of retail risk management;Third,comply with the credit system and keep the objective independence of examination and approval;Fourth,attach importance to the construction of retail risk management culture.At the same time,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the effective implementation of the optimized scheme,and provides the reference experience for other commercial banks’ retail business risk management. |
