In the past ten years,China’s financial industry has developed rapidly.Under this development opportunity,financial institutions such as banks,securities companies,funds,and trusts have ushered in the spring of development.Under the separate operation system of China’s financial industry,different types of financial institutions have begun to attach importance to asset management business and have expanded their scales in order to be at the forefront of the market rankings.The gradual idling of funds between financial institutions has led to an increase in the financial leverage ratio,which also has an adverse impact on the real economy and the operation of financial institutions themselves.In order to reduce the potential financial systemic risks brought about by the disorderly development of the asset management business in the financial industry,my country promulgated the "Guiding Opinions on Regulating the Asset Management Business of Financial Institutions" in 2018.The management business has entered a new era.Bank wealth management is an important part of asset management business.Today,state-owned joint-stock banks and large city commercial banks have been transforming and developing their wealth management business.They have successively established wealth management subsidiaries to operate their wealth management business independently.However,G Bank,which has a small wealth management business,is facing difficulties in the process of development.Different degrees of difficulties,how to break through and find the development path of financial management business is the research purpose of this thesis.Through comparative analysis,data analysis and other research methods,this thesis studies the development of Bank of China’s wealth management business,proposes the impact of new asset management regulations on wealth management business,and analyzes the development status of Bank G’s wealth management business.Using SWOT analysis tools,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of G Bank’s development,current external opportunities and challenges,it summarizes and proposes development strategies from the investment side,product side,sales side,and operation side.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy,Bank G also needs to establish its own subsidiary as soon as possible to speed up the overall layout of wealth management business development;Customers are the first priority,strengthen investor education,and fourthly,do a good job in risk management and control to gain investor trust.The new regulations on asset management are both challenges and opportunities.G Bank actively faces the challenges and seizes the opportunities,which is bound to form a unique feature in the wealth management business. |
