| Since 1978,China has carried out a series of regulation policies on internal reform and opening up to the outside world.Domestic economic scale has been promoted,and the growing strength of small and medium-sized enterprises has made a decisive contribution to domestic social employment and taxes.With the development of economy,small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of the business on the road to the increasing demand for funds,in order to alleviate the pressure of the money,apply to each big financial institutions for financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,but most small and medium-sized enterprise internal management is not enough mature,in this case to apply for financing,Banks will face higher credit risk,thus improving the bank’s risk management ability has practical significance.Based on relevant theories and research background,this thesis takes the SME credit business of C Bank as the research object,starts from the framework of the whole process of credit business,studies the identification and evaluation of risks,and obtains the problems in the risk management process of credit business,the causes of the problems and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.At present,the head office and branches of Bank C are jointly responsible for the risk management of SME credit business.Although the management quality has been continuously improved,there are still some shortcomings such as resource misallocation,operational risks and management details in the whole business process,and there is room for optimization of risk identification,evaluation and management countermeasures.This thesis combines the theory of risk management,uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and combines the typical cases and current situation of SME credit business to give the following three aspects of countermeasures as the conclusion of this thesis.Firstly,the countermeasures proposed for the pre-loan survey are to clarify the responsibilities of co-manager,improve the risk awareness of employees,and guide business selection by performance appraisal.Secondly,the countermeasures proposed for the examination and approval link in the loan are unified examination and approval requirements,reasonable allocation of guarantee methods,establishment of examination and approval talent pool,and implementation of differentiated examination and approval.Finally,the countermeasures for post-loan management are to optimize the frequency of post-loan inspection,classify the tasks of post-loan inspection,and strengthen the risk early warning system.The risk management problems and optimization suggestions put forward in this thesis provide valuable reference for C Bank to improve the quality of risk management,internal control efficiency and industry competitiveness of SME credit business. |
