Has it really achieved the goal of promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and optimizing the allocation of resources?These problems not only directly affect the implementation effect of industrial equity investment funds,but also affect the discussion and development of the theory of "government-market relationship".This thesis chooses Quanzhou city industrial equity investment fund supervision to study.The research focuses on the idea of "proposing problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".This paper sorts out and analyzes the current situation of the supervision of Quanzhou industrial equity investment funds,and thinks that the supervision of Quanzhou industrial equity investment funds by the regulatory authorities mainly focuses on the development of Quanzhou industrial equity investment funds,and adopts inspections,regular reports,assessments and other methods.Supervise the use of financial funds of the Fund and the investment operation of the Fund.Through interviews and research,some major problems in the supervision process of Quanzhou Industrial Equity Investment Fund were concluded,mainly including the need to improve the supervision method,the unreasonable establishment of the assessment system,and the lack of specific supervision and accountability mechanisms.Regarding the reasons behind the problem,this paper believes that there are mainly information sharing platforms,professional talent teams to be built,strong development and weak supervision.Finally,according to the problems and reasons,combined with the advanced experience of domestic excellent municipal government industrial equity investment funds,from the refinement of supervision nodes,to establish an information sharing platform;to deepen talent training,and to hire professional civil servants;to strengthen the construction of supervision system,external supervision and internal Targeted optimization suggestions are put forward in terms of combination of control and other aspects..
