Certification and accreditation is the international mutual recognition to accept a trust mechanism,including certification testing is closely related to People’s Daily life is one of the most important part of the certification and accreditation.With the development of the reform and opening up,the domestic certification testing is also facing fierce market competition,the detection of enterprise should adopt what kind of marketing strategy to ensure stable growth of the company’s marketing data is particularly important.In this research,through the research of the current domestic and international marketing strategy related theory,analysis of R inspection company in the domestic certification industry marketing performance,using the questionnaire survey method and interview method for detecting R company marketing performance is analyzed,finding R detection problems of the company marketing strategy system,in order to find and solve the R testing company’s marketing problem of slow growth.Certification testing industry in China after years of development has very competitive,R inspection company as an early to enter the Chinese certification market one of the traditional international institutions,has a relatively complete organizational structure and technical team,for the change of the market and no timely follow up,however,lead to the target market positioning is not accurate,test certification service coverage is not complete,marketing process can’t establish good communication with customers,customer problems such as lack of loyalty.Based on the above problems,this study put forward for detecting R company’s target market and market positioning to optimization,also suggested that R testing company perfect marketing strategy through the following seven aspects: broadening the testing scope of certification services,price flexibility to adapt to different needs of customers,sales channels continue to expand,sales promotion activity bound to a new service increasing,in order to strengthen the management of personnel training,to redesign the report and certificate typesetting service standardization management,strengthening the marketing process.Summarizes a set of R detection can maintain stable cooperation between company and customers strategy optimization.Finally,in order to realize the optimization of the marketing strategy,also need to the corresponding security measures to be implemented.According to the characteristics of the R testing company,proposed to continue to strengthen the brand construction,the optimization of niche services,set up a large customer service management departments and personnel and technology guarantee four safeguard measures,to ensure the implementation of the marketing optimization scheme.
