| With the development of banking financial technology and the innovation of various channels,the traditional function of deposit,loan and foreign exchange of bank outlets is weakened.At the same time,with the rapid development of Internet finance,various changes have led to more fierce competition among financial institutions.It can be said that bank outlets have "internal and external troubles",and the business model of traditional bank outlets is unsustainable.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the development strategy of bank outlets,focusing on the reform trend of bank outlets.Based on the internal staff corner of bank outlets,combined with the construction process and current reform experience of bank outlets,focusing on the theme of "outlet development strategy",Taking Suzhou Branch of Talon bank as the starting point,this paper analyzes the current situation of financial market and the necessity of bank outlet reform under the new situation from all aspects by using the methods of literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis,Starting from Tailong Suzhou Branch,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the reform,and then combined with the experience of bank network reform at home and abroad,puts forward the development strategic countermeasures for the bank network reform of Tailong Suzhou Branch.Based on the first-hand real data,this paper obtains the development strategic countermeasures for the bank network reform of Talon Suzhou Branch,mainly from three aspects: first,determine the bank network reform ideas,build the bank network into a community center,reshape the bank network value,change the bank network layout and business process,and reshape the bank network service journey;Cater to market demand,weaken traditional financial services,strengthen community services and characteristic services,subdivide and build three types of urban bank outlets,suburban bank outlets and township bank outlets,and form a characteristic bank outlet ecology by one bank and one policy.Secondly,it puts forward specific measures to promote network reform from market research,bank network planning and bank network operation.Finally,it is suggested to complete the team construction of Talon bank from the training system,promotion mechanism and assessment system.The research of this paper can not only improve the theoretical countermeasures for the bank network reform of Talon Suzhou Branch,but also provide reference for the peers seeking reform,which has certain reference significance and research value. |
