Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Hubei Mobile Science And Technology Museum

The State Council has issued the outline of the national action plan for scientific quality(2021-2035),which puts forward long-term goals and plans for the development of science popularization in China,and places scientific and technological innovation and scientific popularization in an equally important position.It can be seen that the task of science popularization will become more and more important.As a small and modular public welfare science popularization facility,the "China Mobile science and Technology Museum" is an important starting point for science popularization in county-level administrative regions.It has achieved phased success in the past decade.How to transform and upgrade will be very critical.Firstly,this paper describes the development background and current research results of science and technology museums at home and abroad,analyzes the differences of operation modes of science and technology museums at home and abroad.Then introduces the content,nature and function of mobile science and technology museums,and analyzes the operation mechanism of domestic mobile science and technology museums in detail,This paper lists the operation and management experience of mobile science and technology museums in some domestic provinces.Then introduces the operation and management status of mobile science and technology museums in Hubei Province,analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the project operation of mobile science and technology museums in Hubei Province.Finally puts forward suggestions and opinions on the project operation and management of mobile science and technology museums in line with the actual situation of Hubei Province,provide some help for the development of Hubei Mobile Science and Technology Museum project.By introducing the relevant theories of project management and operation management,learning from the excellent experience of the operation and management of mobile science and technology museums in other provinces,and combined with the actual situation of Hubei Province,this paper mainly puts forward the following opinions: first,the three-level science and Technology Association will work together to accelerate the process of regional tour of mobile science and technology museums;Second,do a good job in top-level design,clarify the division of responsibilities of various departments,and cooperate with other units to carry out the work of mobile science and Technology Museum;Third,do a good job in publicity,expand influence and organize all groups to visit;Fourth,improve the renewal rate of exhibits in the mobile science and Technology Museum,maintain its attraction,and start to develop supporting exhibition and education activities;Fifth,improve the rules and regulations,evaluation and assessment system and reward and punishment mechanism of mobile science and Technology Museum to improve the enthusiasm of staff;Sixth,rely on four cooperation modes to do a good job in the Socialized Operation of mobile science and technology museums.
